Tobot and Wonder Land Seafood Restaurant Featured on Phoenix TV's “Hong Kong New Vision”
Tobot and our client Wonder Land Seafood Restaurant were recently featured on Phoenix TV’s Hong Kong New Vision. The programme visited the restaurant to explore how delivery robots are helping improve service efficiency, support frontline staff, and ease the pressure of repetitive operational tasks in the food and beverage industry.
During the interview, the restaurant’s owner, chef, and manager shared their experience of introducing delivery robots into daily operations. They spoke about the initial adjustment period, the need for route planning and workflow coordination, and how the robots have gradually become a practical part of the service process. Tobot’s Jazzy also shared her perspective on robotics in the catering sector, emphasizing that the goal of technology should be to support people through effective human-machine collaboration.
As the food and beverage industry continues to face labour shortages, rising operating costs, and growing pressure to improve efficiency, Tobot remains committed to providing practical, scenario-based robotics solutions for restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau. Our focus is on helping businesses streamline operations, enhance service quality, and create a better dining experience for customers.
We would like to thank Phoenix TV for the coverage and Wonder Land Seafood Restaurant for its trust and support. Tobot will continue working with industry partners to promote robotics applications that bring real value to the catering sector.
